Blackwood Travels – Luxury Vehicle Rentals Policy 1. Booking & Reservations All vehicles are available by advance booking only. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Cancellation charges may apply after final booking confirmation. 2. Vehicle Usage Vehicles must be driven only by authorized drivers. Use of the vehicle is restricted to the agreed route and duration. Any illegal activity in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. 3. Driver & Safety Blackwood Travels provides professional and trained drivers. Adherence to safety rules (seat belts, speed limits, etc.) is mandatory. 4. Rental Duration & Charges Rental charges are based on daily or per-kilometer rates. Overtime or extra kilometers will incur additional charges. Fuel expenses may be included or extra (to be clarified at booking). 5. Cancellation & Refund Cancellation policy: 7 days prior: Full refund 3–6 days prior: 50% refund Less than 48 hours: No refund 6. Damages & Liability Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Damages caused due to driver negligence are the responsibility of Blackwood Travels. In case of an accident, action will be taken according to local laws. 7. Terms & Conditions Blackwood Travels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All customers are required to read and accept these terms.
